You have received a warning about this already, and yet days later you have resubmitted an altered version of this wallpaper.

As it was already explained to you, it is against the rules to take another wallpaper and alter it. You have resubmitted a ripped and altered wallpaper, and as such have incurred a Second Warning and furthermore your status has been changed to Restrcited Member in order to prevent you from further breaking the rules.

Please note that you are not allowed to submit artwork which you did not create (with the only exception to scans) or use another person's artwork and alter it. This is called ripping and is strictly not allowed on MiniTokyo. This includes writing poor descriptions for your gallery item which suggests potential ripping.
